Principal Duties: 

• Lead the development of a robust, highly participative safety culture through the manner in which duties are planned and executed
• Manage a diverse group of TeamMates across four teams of rotating 12 hour shifts. 
• Lead, improve and develop plastic molding practices and procedures
• Lead a culture supportive of practicing scientific molding
• Analyze and recommend changes to injection and blow molding procedures
• Delivering continuous improvement and operational results

 
Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Plastic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or relevant experience
• Strong PC skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude are required
• Must be well organized, able to work independently, and very conscientious
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing
