JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a data-driven, motivated Sales Analyst who is excited not only to analyze performance but also to help shape and support our Inside Sales Team. 

You will start by delivering actionable insights that improve sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy. Over time, you will take on increasing responsibility for optimizing processes, and coaching team members.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Provide forecasting support and identify trends & risks
  • Track KPIs such as lead generation, win rates, and sales cycle length

Insights & Strategy

  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for sales leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, qualification, and close rates
  • Support territory planning and quota setting
  • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and process improvements

Inside Sales Operations

  • Utilize and Develop AI Solutions
  • Partner with Inside Sales reps to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Optimize workflows, scripts, and outreach strategies
  • Support onboarding and training efforts
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and process compliance

 

GENERAL CONDUCT

  • Maintains respectful working relationships with TeamMates and Team Leaders, to promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Committed to continual Improvement to raise personal performance to meet and exceeds the standard and to develop new methods to eliminate wastes, improve productivity and reduce customer complaints.
  • Maintains excellent attendance as defined in the company’s Attendance Policy.
  • Seeks other tasks during downtime such as housekeeping or Sales Operation support.
  • Supports and comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality.
  • Submits new ideas to improve safety, quality and procedural operations that will benefit the company.
  • Actively participates in departmental meetings by providing suggestions for improvement, problem solving and offering feedback.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Data-driven decision making

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

Preferred

  • Experience working directly with or within an Inside Sales team
  • Demonstrated informal coaching experience
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Prolong sitting or standing.
  • Occasional standing and light lifting
