JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Team Leader supports the internal sales team and sales operations function by managing data integrity, coordinating systems and reporting processes, and driving continuous improvement. This role plays a key part in streamlining workflows, supporting training initiatives, and assisting with cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, and customer program visibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Leadership Support
- Assist Sales Operations Supervisor and Manager with daily needs.
- Support Account Specialists with problem solving.
- Serve as backup for Licensing Coordinator
- Technical Data Support
- Manage and/or assist with certain reports and alerts within our ERP (IQMS), SharePoint (MS Office), Art (ARAS), and HubSpot (MKTG) software solutions
- Manage the tracking of certain inventories and review on regular cadence with Sales with sales management.
- Attend Cross Department Meetings when needed.
- Assist with IT related projects within the department.
- Conduct research and problem-solving opportunities on IQMS support issues
- Training Lead.
- Coordinate and support training programs with the Sales Operations Supervisor.
- Schedule training sessions and ensure onboarding completion.
- Review work of new team members during training.
- Track training progress and completion.
- Field questions and suggest future training topics
- Account Management
- Manage select key accounts or programs.
- Support program management for large initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using technology.
- Support implementation of sales systems (ARAS, IQMS, SharePoint, HubSpot).
- Recommend and implement process improvements.

- Actively participates in departmental meetings by providing suggestions for improvement, problem solving and offering feedback.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced computer proficiencies, including Excel and SharePoint.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (IQMS, ARAS preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies.
- Self-motivated with continuous improvement mindset.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales support or operations preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Prolong sitting or standing.
- Occasional standing and light lifting
