JOB DESCRIPTION:

PROGRAM MANAGER

By doing this consistently over the years we have introduced innovative products, technologies, artistic vision, and marketing expertise to our company capabilities. We consider the 3-Pillars of our company to be Whirley - Made in the USA core line products, DrinkWorks - unique custom product development capability, and ValidFill RFID technology that can drive self-serve pre-paid revenue.

 

We are currently looking for a Program Manager.  The principal place of employment for this position will be at our offices in Warren, Pennsylvania.                      

 

The duties of this position include:

 

Project Management:  responsible for managing the delivery of multiple Easy Go, DrinkWorks and/or Warren hybrid products/ projects in a timely manner, meeting quality standards, while being cost effective and meeting customer needs.  Representative duties may include:

 

    • Preparing and maintaining clear, complete, and accurate project plans 
    • Ensuring adherence to customers’ design, material, and quality specs
    • Utilizing knowledge of various machine capabilities, engineering practices, and overall manufacturing process to influence and negotiate customer expectations consistent with WDW capabilities
    • Ensuring all company policies are met, could include the type of decoration, number of ink colors, quantity/product requirements, licensing/royalty issues and other related items such as confidentiality clauses
    • Developing detailed product specifications
    • Ensure profitability standards are met by negotiating product costs and preparing sale pricing that meet profitability goals  
    • Providing detailed accurate statements of work
    • Completing and analyzing post mortem analysis after project completion

 

Promote the Sales of Easy Go/DrinkWorks/Warren Hybrid Products: Responsible to drive Easy Go/DrinkWorks sales, using innovative custom products and solutions to benefit the customer.  Representative duties may include:

 

    • Partnering with Regional Sales Managers to gain and analyze information on a new project/product
    • Developing strategic relationships with import buyers
    • Identifying when and how to implement price changes
    • Providing customers and/or Regional Sales Managers with information, samples or answers to maintain positive working relationships
    • Traveling to Domestic/International Customer and Vendor locations as needed (2-3 days minimum per month (10%); all expenses paid by employer.)

 

Concept Creation: Responsible for facilitating concept creation between the Regional Sales Managers, art and engineering. The Program Manager is responsible for facilitating communication between all necessary parties to insure the concepts will meet quality, cost and delivery standards.  Representative duties may include:

 

    • Lead facilitator for APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
    • Accurately develops statement of work for new EG/WDW products
    • Providing customers and/or Regional Sales Managers with information, samples or answers to maintain positive working relationships

 

Minimum requirements for this position:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering;
  • 12 months of experience in project management; and
  • 3 years of working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.  

 

SALARY: $57,000.00
